The Reference Records tab is visible only after a record has been created. This tab displays the reference records and linked records associated with a BP record. The linked records associated with the line items, including the ones established by means of consolidation, are also displayed.
In the Reference Records log, reference records are represented with this
icon and linked records are represented with this 
icon if it is linked to the record, and this 
icon if linked to a line item. You can open a record by clicking on the record name. When the tab is maximized, the record information is seen on the right pane.
To view a list of referencing records
- From the business process log, open the record.
- From the right pane, select the Reference Records tab. The Reference Records log is displayed on the right pane. The log displays the reference and linked records that the selected record references or links to, and records that reference or link to the selected business process record.
- To view a graphical representation of this log, click the View Graph button. The Reference Records window is split into two panes, with the graph on the left pane and the list on the right pane.
Note: This list will not display single-record business processes.
