Unassigned Tab

The Unassigned tab appears only for Drafters and Administrators.

This tab lists the open documents that are assigned to your Group, but not to a specific person.

This tab is one of several sub-tabs which appear under the Home tab. You can view descriptions of the table columns here.

Using the Toolbar

From the toolbar on this tab, you can:

• create a new document by clicking
• update a document (including its forms, attachments, addressees or data) by clicking
• edit a document's data by clicking
• preview a document by clicking
• refresh the view of the list of items by clicking
• submit the document by clicking  
• perform a query by example by clicking
• detach the Assignments table by clicking

Using the Actions Menu

You can use the Actions menu to perform many of the tasks listed above. In addition, you can use the Actions menu to:

• reassign a document to another user or to a group by selecting Reassign
• lock or unlock a document by selecting Lock or Unlock

Using the View Menu

You can use the View menu to:

• display and hide columns
• reorder columns
• perform a query by example

You can also:

• sort by column value
