Purpose: Use this screen to:
• review a pickup order with one or more items that haven’t yet been picked up
• verify that individual items or all items are picked up by the customer
• select additional options, such as reprinting the packing list, sending a reminder email, or canceling an item or the order
Which items listed? Only items on the order whose next action is Pick Up are listed on this screen. To see all open items on the order, regardless of next action, click View Order Detail in the upper right to advance to the View Order Detail Screen.
How to display this screen: Select Pick Up Items at the View Pickup Ready Orders Screen.
Note: This screen is available only if your store location supports pickup orders.
About this screen:

• one item: • Click Pick Up in the Next Action column for the item (even if other items are selected, only the current item is picked up); or, • Select the item and click the Pick Up button at the bottom of the screen • more than one item: Select each item and click the Pick Up button at the bottom of the screen. You can also use the Select All or Deselect All buttons at the bottom of the screen. Grouped items: If items are grouped, they can’t be picked up separately. See Why are some items on an order grouped together? for background. Other options: Select one or more items and click the button at the bottom of the screen to: • Reject • Cancel The Resend Email option is available at the bottom of the screen. It isn’t necessary to select any items. You can click View Order Detail in the upper right to advance to the View Order Detail Screen. |
