Setting Up and Configuring PeopleSoft Fluid eBill Payment

Credit Card

Your PeopleSoft system must be set up with a credit card system using the hosted model. See the prerequisites for using the hosted model in Using the Hosted Model for Credit Card Processing.

Direct Debit

Electronic Check

Your PeopleSoft Receivables system must be set up to support ePayments to process payments made by electronic check.

The Electronic Check payment method requires ePayment setup with a third-party payment processor. For setup information, see the documentation for the Payment Processor Page.

PayPal

The PayPal payment method option requires a PayPal merchant account and Fluid eBill Payment users must establish a PayPal customer account.

Depending on your business, you may decide to roll out only selected tiles to customers. For more information about managing tiles in PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface, see PeopleTools: Applications User's Guide, “Working With PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface,” Working With Fluid Home pages, Managing Tiles.

Other customizations may include hiding the PeopleTools-delivered My Preferences page available through the Actions List menu in the homepage banner. PeopleSoft Fluid eBill Payment delivers an eBill-specific My Preferences page available through the Actions List menu when accessed through Fluid eBill Payment pages except for the Payment Cart.
