Siebel CRM is certified to run on the Oracle Database 23ai with the Siebel CRM 25.2 Release Update and above.
Note that whilst the database can be directly extended for AI Vector search or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) use-cases, these adjustments are not currently directly supported within the Siebel CRM framework. Support for direct vector search interoperability, column data types and indexes etc, from the Siebel CRM application is in our roadmap.
