New Innovations every month - not quarterly, not annually, adopt new features every month.
Continuous Innovation
Until April 2018, the Siebel CRM product released new features annually via Innovation Packs. Since April 2018, a new continuous release model was announced where Monthly Release Updates replaced the annual Innovation Packs.
This enabled us to deliver higher quality features and fixes to our customers faster, and also enabled our customers to gain faster access to the new features instead of having to wait at least 12 months.
Monthly Release Notes, Annual Datasheets
Every month with our Release Update we also publish Release Notes that contain a cumulative, historical list of released innovations.
Every year an annual datasheet is published which summarizes all the major new features and enhancements delivered throughout that calendar year.
Both options provide an easy way to get high level information about the most recent innovations and also provides a retrospective summary for innovations released through previous years.

Siebel CRM Roadmap
To find out what new innovations are planned for the Siebel CRM product in our upcoming monthly releases, please refer to the Siebel CRM Statement of Direction (SoD).
The SoD document is periodically updated to accurately reflect our product delivery plans and to help our customers identify new features that can be of benefit to their implementations.
Customers and partners are encouraged to actively provide feedback into our roadmap via the Customer Advisory Board.
