Creating and Adding Stamps to Documents
The system includes standard stamps, such as Approved, Completed, Confidential, and so on. You can use these stamps to mark a document. You can also create your own unique stamps (duplicates are not allowed).
To create additional stamps for use within Unifier Viewer:
- After opening a document in Unifier Viewer, select anywhere in the Comments box.
- From the toolbar, select Insert to display an additional set of options.
- Select Rubber Stamp
. - On the Custom tab, select Create New Stamp.
- In the Create New Stamp window, use the features to design a stamp, and then select Create.
The stamp is added to the list of stamps available for use on the Custom tab.
To add stamps to a document that was opened using Unifier Viewer:
- After opening the document, go to the location in the document where you want to insert a stamp.
- Select anywhere in the Comments box
- From the toolbar, select Insert, and then select Rubber Stamp
. - On the Standard or Custom tab, select the applicable stamp, and then select the applicable location in the document to mark it with the selected stamp.
