Administrators need to come back later to check fields Engine, Sync Success Description and Transfer Complete Flag.

  • While creating the Service Region, select the engine as "iLog" which is the engine of Siebel Scheduler.
  • Administrator needs to first setup the Service Region as well as Schedule, Exception, Employees and Zip code under it and create Schedule in Oracle Field Service with the same Siebel Schedule name.
  • Once ready, Service Region can be migrated to OFS through click of “Transfer to OFS” Button on Service Region List view. "Engine" field on Service Region will be set to “OFS” and "Transfer Complete flag" will be updated to 'Y'.
  • "Sync Success Description" field will be set to Success if Service region data is successfully transferred to OFS.
