Sync Accounts and Contacts

Use this recipe to synchronize account and contact information between Oracle B2B Service (formerly Oracle Sales Cloud) and Oracle B2C Service.

Description

This recipe syncs the accounts and contacts from Oracle B2B Service with the organizations and contacts in Oracle B2C Service. It gives your sales representatives a 360-degree view of your customers.

The capabilities include:

View and create sales leads or opportunities in real-time
View, create, and update service incidents from Oracle B2C Service to Oracle B2B Service in real-time
Sync customer accounts and contacts in Oracle B2B Service with organizations and contacts in Oracle B2C Service

System Requirements

Oracle B2B Service, 11 or later
Oracle B2C Service, 15.8 or later
Oracle Integration
