Use the Change Request - Tasks page (RG_CHG_TASKS) to manage tasks in PeopleSoft Change Management.

Navigation

select HelpDesk, then select Add Change Request

Click the Tasks tab.
select HelpDesk, then select Add Case

Select Change Request from the Related Actions drop-down list box in the Actions section, and then select the Tasks tab.
