清除 Chrome 浏览器高速缓存

在下列情况下，请在旁加载或部署已修改或已更新的清单文件之前，清除浏览器高速缓存以及 Windows 中两个文件夹的内容：

  • 之前已在先前的会话中旁加载了 Oracle Smart View for Office（Mac 和浏览器）加载项。

  • 在清单文件中启用了“包括函数支持”选项以避免看到以下错误：

    There was an issue installing custom functions in this add-in. Please try to install this add-in again. If this issue persists, please visit: https://aka.ms/customfunctions-troubleshooting.

要清除 Chrome 中的高速缓存：
  1. 启动 Chrome。
  2. 单击 Chrome 屏幕右侧的 Chrome 菜单（三个点图标 Chrome 菜单图标，由三个竖点组成）。
  3. 依次选择 More tools 和 Clear browsing data。
  4. 单击 Advanced 选项卡，然后进行以下选择：

    • 在 Time range 中，选择 All time

    • 选中除 Passwords and other sign-in data（已清除）以外的所有复选框


    "Clear Browsing Data" 对话框。"Advanced" 选项卡处于选中状态。在 "Time Range" 下拉列表中，已选择 "All Time"。除 "Passwords and other sign-in data"（已清除）以外的所有复选框都处于选中状态
  5. 单击 Clear data。
  6. 在 Windows 文件资源管理器中，执行以下任务：

    • 清除此文件夹的内容：

      %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef\

    • 如果存在，清除此文件夹的内容：

      %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Win32WebViewHost_cw5n1h2txyew y\AC\

  7. 重新启动 Chrome。
