The Google +1 Module

With the Google +1 module, users can +1 any URL you link it to and those +1s will show up on their profile.

Adding a Google +1 Module to a Oracle Social Marketing Content & Apps View

All modules are added to a View in the same way with our drag-and-drop interface. To get more information on this, see the Building a View: Adding Modules and Content to Views in Content & Apps help article.

Once you have added a module and given it a name, the module will open for you to edit it or add content. Back on the View layout, you'll see a callout bubble next to your module - click the triangle for controls for your module. This callout will not appear on your published View and your new module will not appear on your Facebook Tab until you click Publish.

Adding a URL to a Google +1 Module

When you drag-and-drop a Google +1 module onto a View, it will automatically open to the edit page for that module. To add a URL to a module you've already created:

    1. Next to your Google +1 Follow module you’ll see a callout bubble. Click the green triangle next to the title to show your options.
    2. Click Edit Module. You will be taken to the Edit Google +1 section.
    3. Enter the URL that you would like the Google +1 button to be connected to.
    4. Click Update.

Your module will now appear on your View with a Google +1 button displayed. Users will be able to click the button and the button will change to display the number of clicks the button has received. The +1s will appear in that user's Google +1 account profile, under the +1's area.

    Customizing Google+ Modules

All customization happens in the brand CSS page.

All modules take up 100% of the containers they are in, so you can resize them to whatever size you need with CSS.
