Configuration options for the Oracle Cloud Agent software running on the instance.
Note: Objects should always be created or deserialized using the UpdateInstanceAgentConfigDetails.Builder. This model distinguishes fields that are null because they are unset from fields that are explicitly set to null. This is done in the setter methods of the UpdateInstanceAgentConfigDetails.Builder, which maintain a set of all explicitly set fields called __explicitlySet__. The hashCode() and equals(Object) methods are implemented to take __explicitlySet__ into account. The constructor, on the other hand, does not set __explicitlySet__ (since the constructor cannot distinguish explicit null from unset null).

These are the monitoring plugins: Compute Instance Monitoring and Custom Logs Monitoring.

The monitoring plugins are controlled by this parameter and by the per-plugin configuration in the `pluginsConfig` object.

- If `isMonitoringDisabled` is true, all of the monitoring plugins are disabled, regardless of the per-plugin configuration. - If `isMonitoringDisabled` is false, all of the monitoring plugins are enabled. You can optionally disable individual monitoring plugins by providing a value in the `pluginsConfig` object.

getIsManagementDisabled
