Remove Self from Waitlist When Enrolled in Another Class for Same Course

Learners can remove themselves from waitlists for other classes of the same course when they are enrolled in one class. The feature uses a pop-up action to help learners clean up overlapping waitlist records. This matters when a learner joins multiple waitlists while looking for a suitable class time and is later enrolled in one of them. Without cleanup, the learner may remain on unnecessary waitlists.

This enhancement reduces duplicate waitlist demand, helps administrators maintain more accurate waitlists, and minimizes the chance of learners holding places they no longer need.
