Prevent Session Timeout During Punchout Shopping
In Oracle iProcurement, Oracle Purchasing administrators can configure punchout sessions to remain active while requesters shop on supplier catalog websites. Administrators can request periodic ping messages from supplier catalogs or configure session timeout settings to maintain active punchout sessions for the required duration. This enhancement reduces the risk of session timeouts that require requesters to log in again and restart the shopping process.
Compared with the prior requisition and shopping capability, this enhancement places the named capability directly in the Oracle iProcurement flow for Release 12.2.14. This enhancement improves efficient requester shopping experience with fewer interruptions and faster item discovery.
