Request Monitoring Dashboard

The Request Monitoring dashboard displays key performance indicators as they relate to open Oracle Data Relationship Governance requests which do not have a status of Draft, Withdraw, Rejected, or Committed. It provides a convenient way to identify outliers and problem areas and allows for drill back into Data Relationship Governance requests. Data Governance users have access to all requests to which they have commit access. Data Managers have access to all requests in the system.

The left side of the Request Monitoring dashboard provides a breakdown showing the number of requests that are:

  • Open

  • Near due––Requests due within 3 days

  • Urgent

  • Escalated

  • Overdue

  • Claimed

  • Unclaimed

Corresponding details display in the center of the dashboard. Request details can be displayed in Graph View, Scatter Graph View, or List View.
