Request Monitoring Dashboard

The Request Monitoring dashboard displays key performance indicators as they relate to open Oracle Data Relationship Governance requests allowing you to identify bottlenecks and requests that are overdue or near due, and provides the ability to drill back into Data Relationship Governance requests to make changes to a request. This dashboard allows users to drill down to request level and transaction level detail. Users can further drill back into Data Relationship Governance to perform actions ( for example, a user can unclaim a request that is claimed and overdue so others within the assigned access group can claim and work on it.

This dashboard can be filtered by:

  • Model––A secured filter that displays only those models to which the user has Commit access. Data Managers can view all workflow models with in-flight requests.

  • Access Group––A filter that displays node access groups for which there are active requests

  • Version––A filter that displays only versions with active, in-flight requests

  • Submitter––A filter that displays all Submit stage users who have active in-flight requests

  • Start Date––Filters requests based on submit date

  • End Date––Filters requests based on submit date

Note:

Either the start date, end date, or both may be provided.

The metrics displayed in the dashboard are dependent on the filter selections.

Open

Number of open requests

Near Due

Number of requests due within 3 days

Urgent

Number of requests marked urgent by a Submit stage user

Escalated

Number of requests that have been either automatically escalated by the system or manually escalated by a participant.

Overdue

Number of requests that are overdue. Derived based on a combination of submit date and the request duration (set at the model level). Participants may also set a Due Date tag in a request. When set, this date overrides workflow model defaults. If the request duration is not set, then the request is only included in this count if a Due Date has been set.

Claimed

Number of claimed requests for the selected metric - Open, Near Due, Urgent, Escalated, or Overdue.

Unclaimed

Number of unclaimed requests for the selected metric - Open, Near Due, Urgent, Escalated, or Overdue.
