Deprovisioning Groups
Deprovisioning removes the application roles that are assigned to the group. Functional Administrators can deprovision roles from one or more applications. Provisioning managers of applications can deprovision roles from their applications. For example, assume that the group Sales_West
is provisioned with roles from Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. If this group is deprovisioned by a Planning Provisioning Manager, only the roles from Planning are removed.
Note:
Functional administrators can deprovision their own accounts. Because Oracle Hyperion Shared Services require at least one System Administrator (a user who is provisioned with the Shared Services Administrator role) in Native Directory, administrators must verify the existence of such an account before deprovisioning themselves.
