Accessing Manage Journals from a Tasklist

In Oracle Smart View for Office, you can access the Manage Journals module through a tasklist.

To access Manage Journals through a task list:

  1. From the Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Document Manager, create a tasklist with Manage Journals as one of the tasks. See Creating Task Lists.
  2. Open the application in Smart View and open the Task List to select the Manage Journals task.
  3. When you click the Manage Journals task, it opens the Manage Journals dialog box in Smart View.
