Accessing Process Units

You can access data in a process unit based on a combination of these items:

• Your assigned security role.

  See Process Management Security Roles.

• The current review level of the process unit.

  See Process Levels.

• Your access rights to the process unit.

  Access rights can be None, Read, Promote, or All.

  • None - you have no access to the process unit.

  • Read - you can only view data for the process unit.

  • Promote - you can view data and also promote an entity even if you do not have All access.

  • All - you have complete access to the process unit, including the ability to view and to modify data.
