Viewing Process Management History

The Process Management History page displays process history by date and time, user, action taken, process level, and comments. You cannot change or delete this information; it is automatically updated as units are processed by individual users. For example, if USER1 promotes a process unit to Review Level 2, the process history displays this line:

01/05/2014 2:18:36PM USER1 Promote Review Level 2

Note:

The timestamp displayed for a process unit on a local machine or server may be different if the local machine and server time are different.

To view process history from Process Control:

1. Select Consolidation, then Data, and then Process Control.

2. Set the rows and columns.

   See Selecting Entities for Process Control.

3. Select the process unit for which to view history.

4. Right-click and select Process History.

5. When you finish viewing the process history, click OK.

To view process history from data grids:

1. From a data grid, select the process unit for which to view information.

2. Right-click and select Manage Process and select Process History.

3. When you finish viewing the process history, click OK.
