Configuring EPM System After Applying an Update

After applying an update from Release 11.2.5 or Release 11.2.6 to Release 11.2.7, after installing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System using the Apply Update installation option, perform the following tasks:

  1. Launch EPM System Configurator using one of these methods:

    • From the Start menu, select Oracle EPM System, and then EPM System Configurator (all instances).

    • Change to EPM_ORACLE_HOME/common/config/version_number and then launch configtool.bat.
  2. Follow the EPM System Configurator wizard and select this option in Configuration:
    • Deploy To Application Server for Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management, Enterprise Edition.
    • Configure Web Server.
  3. When configuration is complete, click Finish.
  4. Start services:
    • WebLogic Administration Server
    • EPM System services
    • Node Manager Windows Service
    • Oracle HTTP Server if you are using it as your web server

  5. If you applied any Fusion Middleware CPU patches to Release 11.2.X, reapply those patches.
