Specifying the Chart Format

You can select from three formats in which to view your data. The formats work with the additional filtering fields at the bottom of the left pane. For example, you can select the Crew - Assignee format, and then select values from the Supervisor and Crews lists below the Format options. For each of the formats, the center pane of the display shows all combinations of the format criteria for the filters that you apply. For example, if you select Crew-Craft, the chart shows the scheduled and available time for each craft for each crew included in the filtered results. The center pane of the program shows the name of each crew, craft, supervisor, and assignee (if selected) in your filter criteria.

You can select from the following formats:

• Crew - Craft

  When you select this format option, the chart displays bars for the scheduled and available time for each crew and craft combination unless you specify additional filter criteria, such as selecting a value from the Supervisor list or selecting a specific crew.

• Crew - Assignee

  When you select this format option, the chart display bars for the scheduled and available time for each crew and assignee combination unless you specify additional filter criteria, such as selecting a specific crew.

• Supervisor - Assignee

  When you select this format option, the chart display bars for the scheduled and available time for each supervisor and assignee combination unless you specify additional filter criteria, such as selecting a specific crew.

• Additional Filters

  You can filter by the supervisor, crew, craft, and assignee. You can apply multiple filters by selecting a filter, and then selecting values for lower levels of filtering. For example, if you select a supervisor, you can select a crew that is assigned to that supervisor. If you do not specify a value for a filter field, the chart includes all records for that filter.

• Apply

  You use the apply button to apply the above filters that you have selected.
