Prerequisite

Before you access User Access Tracking ensure that Object Usage Tracking is enabled. See Disable / Enable Object Usage Tracking by Object Type (Release 9.2.2) for details.

You must also create a query in Working with Object Usage Tracking Detail (P98911) before you access User Access Tracking. To create a new query in Working with Object Usage Tracking Detail:
  1. Access Working with Object Usage Tracking Detail and click Manage Queries.
  2. In the Query Manager window, expand the Additional Fields Selection.
  3. Select Environment Name (QBE) from the list.
  4. Ensure the Match All option is selected.
  5. Select “contains” from the drop-down list in the first column.
  6. In the next field, define the environment value. For example, PD920.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Provide a name for the created query and click OK.
