User Access and Application Usage Tracking (Release 9.2.8.2)

Starting with Tools Release 9.2.8.2, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne provides you two new charts to track the user access in EnterpriseOne. These charts provide graphs of unique user count for each application module and user count for each application module based on user roles. The data in the charts is displayed based on the application modules provided in the Application Module Mapping. The application also enables you to create custom product codes and application modules.

The user access data can be filtered for a specific date range.

You have the below charts available to track user access:

  • User Access by Application Modules
  • User Access by Application Modules – Based on Roles

See JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Security Administration Guide to secure the charts for user access and Application Module Mapping to System Administrators only.

Note: Tools Release 9.2.8.2 provides you a Composed EnterpriseOne page, JDE Usage Tracking, that lists charts and applications for visibility into user access, object tracking, and security activity. For details, see UX One: JDE Usage Tracking Composed EnterpriseOne Page (Release 9.2.8.2) in the UX One Roles User Guide.
