UX One: Billing Page

The Billing page (P15001X|W15001XB) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding recent billings, open account receivables, unapplied cash receipts, unposted entries, and late fees.

  • Analyze rent by billing code, billing amounts, monthly and annual rent per square foot.

  • Access programs to quickly and easily act on the information that is displayed on the page.

To access the UX One Billing page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Property Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Property Manager page. Click the Billing task on the springboard to access the Billing page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Description

Recent Billing

This alert tells users about the number of billings in the last few weeks.

This alert is based on the Work With Billing Transactions program (P15211).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Billing Transactions form.

Open AR Over 90 Days

This alert tells users about receivables open for more than 90 days.

This alert is based on the Work with Tenant Ledger Inquiry program (P15222).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Tenant Ledger Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

  • Tenant Ledger Invoice Entry

Open AR Over $20000

This alert tells users about open receivables that are more than or equal to $20,000.

This alert is based on the Work with Tenant Ledger Inquiry program (P15222)

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Tenant Ledger Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

  • Tenant Ledger Invoice Entry

Unapplied Cash Receipts

This alert tells users about any unapplied cash receipts.

This alert is based on the Work With Customer Receipts Inquiry program (P15103).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Customer Receipts Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

  • Receipt Detail Layout

Late Fee

This alert tells users about any late fees.

This alert is based on the Work With Billing Transactions program (P15211).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Billing Transactions form.

Unposted Entries

This alert tells users about any unposted entries.

This alert is based on the Work With Billing Transactions program (P15211).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Billing Transactions form.

Charts
