UX One: Lease Management Page

The Lease Management page (P15001X|W15001XC) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts of leases about to expire, new tenants, and recent vacancies.

  • Analyze vacant units, units about to be vacated, tenants, and square footage by unit code.

  • Access programs to quickly and easily act on the information that is displayed on the page.

To access the UX One Lease Management page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Property Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Property Manager page. Click the Lease Management task on the springboard to access the Lease Management page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Description

Leases Set to Expire

This alert tells users about leases that are due to expire.

This alert is based on the Work with Leases program (P1501).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Leases form. The following form layouts are available:

  • Rent Steps-Log Details Layout

  • Leases and Revisions

New Tenants Moved In

This alert tells users about any new tenants that have moved in.

This alert is based on the Work with Leases program (P1501).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Leases form. The following form layouts are available:

  • Rent Steps-Log Details Layout

  • Leases and Revisions

Recent Vacancies

This alert tells users about the number of units that were vacated in the last few weeks.

This alert is based on the One View Property Inquiry program (P15260).

When you click the alert, the system displays the One View Property Inquiry form.
