Understanding Content Frames

If you have permission to create content, you can create new content, and you can reuse existing content and place the content on a new layout or on an existing layout. The system limits the number of content frames that you can embed on a layout; however, this can be changed by your system administrator. Whether you create new content or reuse existing content, you drag and drop the content template or the existing content to the framework. The workspace shows a content frame that consists of three sections:

• Link Information

• What type of link

• When do you want to see the content frame
