Revising Messages
You can revise the text of messages in any of your queues. This feature opens up the actual message and enables you to change the text or add new text.
To revise messages:.
Open the Navigator drop-down menu, select Actions, and then select Work with Work Center.
On Work Center, select the message that you want to revise.
From the Row menu, select Message Revisions.
On the Message Revisions form, change any of the following fields and then click OK:

Contact
Subject
Phone Number
Tickler Date
