You set up elements such as the statement title and date; headers and footers; and calculated-amount columns in the BI Publisher Layout Editor (Layout Editor). You can also apply formatting to the statement elements in the Layout Editor. You will work with the Layout Editor after you set up row, column, and statement definitions.
