Which Elements Do I Need to Specify in the Statement Definition and Versions?

The statement definition for the balance sheet statement must include the row definition that you create for the statement and the three column definitions that you create. No other parameters are set up in the statement definition.

You will set up a statement version to use to generate the data sample that the process passes to the Layout Editor. You use the sample data when you set up your layout so that you can preview how the statement will look when you generate the balance sheet statement.

You already determined that you will set up data selection for the business unit in the version. You also determined that you need to include the net income or loss on the statement, and that you need to roll up the levels of detail to level 5.
