Enterprise Process Model Templates Using Process Definitions (Release 9.2 Update 26)

You can create enterprise processes using design mode in the Enterprise Process Modeler and view or analyze those processes using runtime mode. Enterprise Process Modeler templates are designed using either order activity rules or process definition IDs, which define the structure and flow of the process. The system creates the process framework based on the configuration of the selected Order Activity Rule or Process Definition ID.

Process Definition records are created for processes that do not use order activity rules. For more information on creating process definition records, see Setting Up a Process Definition Record Using P00201 in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Enterprise Process Modeler Guide.

This section discusses the Enterprise Process Modeler templates for the procure-to-pay process, which use the Process Definition IDs. The templates available are:

  • JDE TMPL P2P Procure to Pay
  • JDE TMPL P2P Purchase Order
  • JDE TMPL P2P Requisitions
  • JDE TMPL P2P Approvals
  • JDE TMPL P2P Receipts
  • JDE TMPL P2P Receipt Routing
  • JDE TMPL P2P Voucher Match
