Setting Up Bill Only Requisition

Follow these steps to set up the Bill Only Requisition:

  1. Use the following existing permission lists to access these setup pages.

    • EPPV1000 – ePro Requester

    • EPPV2000 – ePro Buyer

    • EPPV6500 – ePro Fluid Administrator

  2. Use the Assign Role Actions To Roles page (eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain System Users and Roles > Assign Role Actions to Roles > Select the Transaction as Requisition > Search > Select ePro Buyer role) to assign and enable the following role actions to the ePro Buyer role.

    • ALLOW_REQ_TYPE

    • CUSTOM_FIELDS

  3. Use the eProcurement Installation Options page (eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Overall System Options > eProcurement Installation Options) to enable the Bill Only and Bill and Replace checkboxes in the Requisition Type group box.

  4. Use the Installation Options - Purchasing page (Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options > Purchasing) to enable the Enter Custom Fields checkbox to display Header and Line Custom Fields for Create Requisition.

  5. Use the Configure Drop Zones page (PeopleTools > Portal > Configure Drop Zones) to assign subpages. Search for the component PV_MOB_855_CMP and assign the following subpages to the pages and Tab Order Drop Zones.

  6. Use the Requisition Type Template page (eProcurement > Administrative Tasks > Requisition Type Template) to enable or disable custom fields for Header and Line, which will be displayed in the drop-zone area of the fluid requisition component.

    Select the Requisition Type as Bill Only (or Standard or Bill and Replace) and configure the fields (Required and Visible) as per the requirement.

Once the configuration is complete, the Requisition Type drop-down appears on the Create Requisition page. You cannot change the Requisition Type if you have already added any items to the cart. The default requisition type is Standard.
