Recognitions in Performance Management
Recognition integrates with Performance Management to provide access to employee recognitions from performance documents.
During the evaluation phase, managers and employees have the option to view recognitions that the employees received as input when they update manager evaluations or self-evaluations. They can also select recognitions to be included and displayed directly in documents.
