ePerformance Versions

We use these terms in the ePerformance product documentation as needed to refer to the supported versions, Fluid ePerformance and Classic ePerformance.

Note:

Both versions support the same performance management processes and functionality in general, for that we use the same document content. Any differences in behavior between these versions will be identified using these terms wherever appropriate.

• Fluid ePerformance – this is the full Fluid version of ePerformance in which both document lists as well as document pages used in performance reviews are completely redesigned in Fluid.

  Users with roles listed in Delivered Roles for Fluid ePerformance have access to the Fluid ePerformance functionality.

• Classic ePerformance – this is the hybrid version of ePerformance in which document lists are available in navigation collections in Fluid, whereas the document pages used in performance reviews are displayed in Classic Plus mode.

  Note:

  This is the version available for use if the Fluid ePerformance functionality is not applied to the system.

  Users with the ePerformance Employee Fluid or ePerformance Manager Fluid role have access to the Classic ePerformance functionality.
