Viewing Upgrade Logs

You can view all the logs generated by the automated processes. After the process runs, you can select a step to view.

To view a log:

  1. Highlight or select the step.

  2. Select Edit, and then View Log.

  3. Click OK

Note:

If a step encounters an error, Change Assistant will automatically display the View Log.

Note:

On the left side of the file list, Change Assistant displays both error and success symbols. These indicate which step logs contain errors to help you troubleshoot.
