Do different roles or access levels change the look and feel or experience?

Yes. There are four access levels: Admin, Member, Production Team Member, and Viewer. These roles have decreasing capabilities, respectively, across the platform. For example, Admins can add programs and projects, add other Team Members, and update the Roadmap, while Members and Viewers cannot. A user with the Production Team Member access level can update the Roadmap in addition to viewing content across the application.
