About Accessing the Catalog

In Oracle Analytics catalog, content authors develop content and make it accessible to other content authors and content consumers.

Content Consumers

Content consumer access workbooks and related analytics content from the catalog, but typically can't make changes to the content, unless they've been given appropriate access.

Content Authors

Content authors can access and make changes to workbooks and related content in the catalog, unless permissions have been assigned to specific users or roles only.
