Grant Public Viewers Access to Content

Grant BI Public Role to the workbooks and analyses that you want to make public.

  1. In Catalog, navigate to the workbook, dashboard, or analysis that you want to make public, click Actions, then Inspect.
  2. On the Access tab, add BI Public Role.

  3. Save the access settings.
