Make an Oracle Analytics AI Agent Available to a Workbook

To make an AI agent available to consumers, the author must enable the Workbook Assistant through the Present Mode configuration.

When you enable an AI agent in a workbook, users with access to the workbook can access and interact with the AI agent. For example, users might use an AI agent within the context of a workbook to obtain quick clarifications, follow-up answers, and drill-down insights within the context of the analytics content they're exploring.

Once an author enables the Workbook Assistant, the attached agent is enabled by default. For details, see Specify Workbook Assistant Data Source.

Note:

Oracle Analytics AI Agents are available to users only when workbooks are accessed in View mode or Preview mode for authors. This configuration is intended for consumers, enabling authors to design canvases and workbooks and attach Agents specifically for the end-user experience. Authors will continue to leverage the dataset associated with the workbook while interacting with Oracle Analytics AI Assistant and not the AI agent.
