Manage Conditional Formatting Rules

Manage conditional formatting rules to edit, add, or remove them in workbooks. For example, you might adjust the thresholds for stoplight formatting.

  1. On your home page, hover over a workbook, click Actions, then select Open.
  2. Display the Visualize pane.
  3. From the workbook toolbar (top right), click Conditional Formatting Conditional Formatting icon..
  4. Use the Conditional Formatting dialog to configure rules.
