Specify Datasets and Subject Areas Available to Consumers with Workbook Assistant

When you give consumers access to the Oracle Analytics AI Assistant in the Insights Panel using the presentation settings for a workbook, you can select which datasets and subject areas are accessible.

When consumers ask natural language questions to the Oracle Analytics AI Assistant to analyze data in the workbook, the assistant will use the specified datasets and subject areas as the data sources for its answers.

You must enable Workbook Assistant for consumers from the Insights Panel section before you can select which datasets and subject areas are accessible. See Specify Insights Panel Options for Consumers.

1. On your home page, hover over a workbook, click Actions, and select Open.
2. From the Preview menu , select Configure Presentation.
3. In the presentation settings panel, click the Workbook tab.
4. In the Workbook Assistant section, deselect the datasets and subject areas that you want to hide from consumers, or select the datasets and subject areas that you want to make available.
