Delete Documents from a Knowledge Base There is no automatic purge of the knowledge base. You manually delete documents in the knowledge base. In the navigation pane, select Projects. Select the project in which your knowledge base is located. In the left navigation pane, select Knowledge Base . In the Knowledge Base section, select the knowledge base for which you want to manage documents. The Knowledge base details page is displayed with all documents currently in the knowledge base. Select the documents you want to delete and click Delete.
