Steps to Build a Knowledge Base

Here's a summary of the steps to follow to build a knowledge base.

Complete Prerequisites
Before you add a knowledge base you need to:
  1. Create an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Object Storage bucket in which to upload files
  2. Create dynamic groups and policies to satisfy Resource Principal Session Token (RPST) prerequisites.
  3. If you don't want your OpenSearch cluster to be publicly accessible, create a private endpoint in Oracle Integration.
  4. Create an OCI Search with OpenSearch Cluster to associate with the knowledge base.
