Steps to Build a Knowledge Base

Here's a summary of the steps to follow to build a knowledge base.

Complete Prerequisites
Before you add a knowledge base you need to:
  1. Create an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Object Storage bucket in which to upload files
  2. Create dynamic groups and policies to satisfy Resource Principal Session Token (RPST) prerequisites.
  3. Create a private endpoint in Oracle Integration.
  4. Create an OCI Search with OpenSearch Cluster to associate with the knowledge base.

To create a knowledge base, start from a recipe. Default configurations and mappings are already provided for you to simplify configuration.
