Typed runtime parameters for DBMS_CLOUD_AI_AGENT.RUN_TEAM.

The model represents the documented runtime parameter groups and serializes them to the JSON CLOB expected by the database package. Values supplied in maps are snapshotted when the builder method is called, so later caller mutations cannot change a request that has already been built. Decimal values are retained as BigDecimal rather than rounded to binary floating-point values during the snapshot.
