I can't find my downloaded files on my device

You can see all your downloaded files by tapping Documents in the Oracle Content app navigation menu, then, in the filter menu, tap Offline.

When you download a file, it's downloaded to a secure area within the Oracle Content app, and you can access it from within the mobile app even if you're not connected to the cloud. For security reasons, it's not accessible outside the Oracle Content app, so you won't find it in your regular download folder or other folder on your device.


If you're using an iOS device and saved the file locally to your device, you can see it in the Files app.

To remove a downloaded or synchronized file, long-tap the file, select it, and then tap the delete icon. Removing these files from your device won't affect the original copy stored in the cloud.
