My file didn't sync in the Android app

Sync may not happen for a couple of reasons:

  • If you aren't connected to a network.

  • If you don't have automatic sync turned on. Tap the settings icon to access your settings. Choose the account you want to use then tap Synchronization Settings and turn on auto-sync.
