Patch and Upgrade Oracle Cloud at Customer for the December 2023 Release

Before starting the Oracle Integration instance upgrade from 23.1.2.230208.1100-48214 to 23.3.3.230808.1900-49434, you must undeploy the MobileBuildService before you can start the Oracle Integration instance upgrade. Not performing this task causes patching to fail.

  1. Access the Oracle Cloud Portal, and then the Oracle Integration instance.
  2. Click Manage Access Rules for the specific instance that requires patching.
  3. Enable the following access rules:
    • ora_p2otd_chttp
    • ora_p2admin_ahttps
  4. Open the WebLogic Administration Console. The user name and password credentials are the same as you used for the Oracle Cloud Portal.
  5. Click Lock and Edit in the top left-hand menu.
  6. In the left-hand menu, under Domain structure, click Deployments.
  7. Click the Control tab in the right-hand menu.
  8. Search for and select MobileBuildService.
  9. Click Stop (force stop now).
  10. Once MobileBuildService is stopped, click the Configuration tab.
  11. Select MobileBuildService, and click Delete.
  12. Click Activate changes in the top left-hand menu.
  13. Begin patching your instance.
