Track Processes

Workspace provides the Tracking page where you can track structured and dynamic processes that are part of activated applications.

Click the Workspace navigation menu, and from the options click Tracking to open the Tracking page. All structured and dynamic processes that belong to applications activated by you are displayed in the process list. You can identify structured and dynamic processes by the icons displayed besides their names.

The Tracking page is oragnised into the following two tabs:

• Started by me

  Displays instances started by the logged in user.

• Managed by me

  Displays all the instances on which you have Manage permissions. Process administrators can use use this tab to view all the instances within the process application.

Note:

Users having Use permissions on a process application cannot view the instances on the Tracking page. However, these users can complete their assigned tasks.

You can do a number of things on the Tracking page:

• Search and find a process. See Find a Process.
• Apply filters to display specific processes on the process list. See Filter Processes.
