Getting More Help
Here are some other resources if you need more help.
Filing Service Requests
If you can't resolve your issue using the steps in this chapter, you'll need to file a service request with Oracle Support. Before you do, review "Service Request Flow and Best Practices" at https://mosemp.us.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=1540335.1.
Note:
If the problem changes during any part of the support process, close the current tickets/threads and start a new one. It sounds like extra work, but it will save time in the end. The new thread or ticket can always reference the old one for context.REST Service Teams
For detailed questions about a given REST service, consult the team that owns that REST service.
Cloud Customer Connect
You are welcome to post questions about the add-in and the REST services on Cloud Customer Connect. The best strategy is to post the question in the functional area that corresponds to the REST service, and mention both the Excel add-in ("VBAFE") and the REST service. So, for example, if you are trying to integrate Excel with Procurement, post the question in the Procurement area.
Caution:
Do not post Network Monitor reports to the public forum. They may contain sensitive information. Instead, attach the reports to a service request and post only the service request number on the public forum.
